well I'm certainly hoping to be touched in a special way today. *grin

So far I have been a good girl...had a bowl of cereal w/ffree milk
For lunch had a huge salad with anchovies, feta cheese, black olives, cukes, tomatoes and green pepper. Trying to drink lots of water.

I have a physical exam coming up with my new dr. and I'd like to drop a couple of pounds before then.

I also hope to get these tulip bulbs in the ground before there's a hard freeze.
