the sam-e I got from the health food store,
cost $40 and is made by Jarrow Formulas
"Natural SAM-e full potency 400 elemental sam-e
hightest concentration of active S,S Form"
blister packed and sold out of the fridge where I keep it.

Is this good?
Or did I waste my moolah?
