I decided to try having cereal in the morning , more fiber and grains.
The skipping breakfast thing is not working at all, plus I'll drink less coffee {w/ half n half+ sugar
}
so a new thing for me to try.
has anyone tried the Northern Gold Granola cereal?
The one we like is a whole grain with Raspberry & Blueberry - mmm yummy.
