After a bad reaction years ago i too always have injection without epinephrine.

30 yrs ago my first seizure occurred when i had a virus and was taking over the counter `Do Do tablets` which contained epinephrine. Told docs they scoffed but reckon i was right.

I no longer need the docs to confirm my hunches, i just follow what my body tells me.
