Definately get an Attorney if you can ! I just went thru that just recently ( for the 2nd time in 4 years ) and my Attorney and I together went thru it and HE wrote it down.. The others are right .. Start from you get up in the morning and so on... Don't be afraid to say " I rest alot" or "I do nap" during the day.. be as honest as you can be.
