I find this statement rather alarming. I think you need someone to get down to the bottom of that!

This is not to say that I don't think you wouldn't benefit from the diet... it certainly won't hurt to try it out but you really need to be seen if your are bleeding.

Those are my thoughts... just based on instinct... and I agree with everything Cara said, of course.
