Lightbulb vitamin deficiencies

typically show up in the mouth. B-complex, CoQ-10 and zinc should be tried.

Also, if you use a toothpaste with triclosan in it, you might want to switch.
Some people get mouth irritations from that ingredient.

Sucking on hard candies, especially the ones with sharp edges, can do it too.
Some candies have alot of citric acid in them. Last Easter someone at work gave
us some sour Nerds or something like that, and I got a canker sore on my tongue from
them! It hurt like the DEVIL.... so check out your candies.
