honest since I had the bad ones extracted i have so much more energy and just a whole bunch of little things have cleared up for me

I really do recommend the arnica pillules, before and after, as well as the salt rinses starting 24hrs after and continuing for a month.

my gums have healed so well....again thanks to Bryanna's great advice on all this.

just think .........next week this time you will be looking back and saying "phew...all done!"
