I am really enjoying my yogurt sprinkled with Kashi Go Light and a few blue berries. It slows me down (I eat too fast) and you really have to chew Kashi.
Plus it's filling.

As usual, whenever I try to diet I am obcessed with cooking...poor Mr.Alffe ate half a chocolate cheesecake for dinner last night.
