Ouch!!! Maybe even two pain pills?

So what is the game plan for a torn rotator cuff? Surgery?

An article in the paper this morning was pushing for a National Health Insurance Plan, similar to what Canada has... I am not sure exactly what that plan is about or how Canada's works.

I sure hope you don't have to have surgery.
