Better? I hope so. We all get discouraged at times, so just realize that sweetie! I dunno how much weight you want to lose, but the closer to goal you are, the harder it is, (as I know you know) Maybe you're close to goal?
You've been exercising so faithfully, and muscle weighs more than fat, so maybe you've lost fat, but gained muscle mass. Maybe that's another explanation?
Also remember as we try to lose weight our body is fighting us; it is trying to maintain it's weight. It's a battle to say the least, just keep plugging along! You're doing everything right honey and the weight will come off. It's just being stubborn. Hang in there! We're here for ya!!!
