Morning kiddies!
It's a nice, crisp Saturday here in God's country! The Sun's out, reflecting on the beautiful Fall colors as I drink my coffee and look out the picture window. I love to stop and smell the roses.....

I don't have ONE THING planned today!! Isn't THAT different? I'm still thinking if I want to or not..... I might just get impulsive, so if I disappear from here today, that's what happened. You guys know me.....

I am SO PUMPED to lose weight and exercise!! I've been cranking the tunes while walking with my lipstick on! Has anyone else been a BABE? Poor Shadow's remembering how he hasta get outta the way again!! He runs for cover--hehehe!

I always twist my body and swing my arms like the power walkers do when I walk in here--I figure it uses more muscles. If anyone would look in my windows the little men in white coats would be coming HERE instead of Florida for Sher.....(If they're cute I'll send a couple you're way Sher! )

I drank my water yesterday!! I did pretty good on the "D" thing, but Laura (well Hailey actually) called at 5:30 and told me to come over for "sasetti". You all know me and free food....... But did there hafta be 3 dozen cookies on the table leftover from what she had taken to work for her birthday??? I did ok--I only had 3 of them. I wanted 6 or 8, so I think I'm ok. It can always be worse!! Today's a new day, and there are no "tookies" here, as Hailey says!
