I just came in on this Sal, and I want you to know how sorry I am to hear that your brother passed, and how lucky he was that he had you, to say goodbye to him at the end. I wish I had been there for my brother when he left this earth.

You were there, part of him since the beginning. I believe that everyone should be so lucky, to have someone with them, whether in body or in spirit, who remembers them from the beginning when they leave this earth, who remembers the young one, the growing, the joys and sorrows, who honors that person for who they were, flaws and all, who stands witness and loves them, forever.
