Please don't worry Amber.

This was concerning just a couple of very specific pacemaker leads that were faulty..
They are very different to what are used for SCS and Intrathecal pumps.
I am sure by now all of those patients who have the faulty pacers have been informed and they have been changed.
Unfortunately there is always the possibilty for some bad equipment to pass through the cracks, I guess that has to be calculated into us making informed decisions about having these appliances installed.
