I've heard that Carpal Tunnel can possibly be caused by referred nerve problems from the neck. I have it as well. I think I understood it right, as sometimes there will be deferred nerve pain to the farthest extremety. It will probably depend on what your EMG studies say. It has to do with the Medial nerve.
