tummy and other body parts....Yoga if done rigth,as medition,,yes,my
youngest once said my mothe I think may have PN from sitting on her feet
to long for 2 many years...I e-mailed him to remind him of this caught him
in a Yoga class..Bad day yesterday and music,got me through the night..
