Fanfare how do you like the aqua class? In pt I did pool therapy 1 time and the water at the clinic was freezing and there was some fast men swimmers so when the waves hit it felt like a gun shot to my legs. This was at the cleveland clinic. I was thinking of trying it again though in a calmer environment. I don't know about a class though I fear others. I wouldn't care if I was the only one in there 20's. There is a lady on my walk she is maybe 60or 70 and she flies by me. A little depressing but anything that helps with the pain I will put the other stuff aside.
Melody I hope the eyelashes grow soon. Lots of healthy fats,I think biotin is good for growth, and protein

I've been doing aquacise for four years. It's sponsored by the Arthritis Foundation, so all the exercises are gentle. The water is warm, at least 88 degrees (the pool I'm in is nearly body temperature), and it only comes up to your chest, so no one around you will be doing laps.
The aquacise has preserved my mobility because I can do things in the water, like knee bends, that I can't do on land. My feet hurt much less while walking in a warm pool. I am convinced that without this exercise, I'd be in a wheelchair full time instead of part time.
And the retirees have befriended me. I got to go to an 80th birthday party a few weeks ago. I think it is healthy to have friends of all ages.
