You may have a little of both PCS and vertigo, resulting from middle ear issues, I had the spinning of the room, vomiting and dizziness years ago from a virus affecting my middle ear, so i know what that is like. It is something that you wake up with and it has that spinning, like a clock feeling. It could be that, which is something that they used to just wait till it clears up or treat with antihistamines. It would be nice to know that it is not your PCS again.
