Hi Jon,
I've been prescribed Lormetazepam (0,5 mg) and sleep 8 hours, wake up rested and without muscle pains, plus avoid having to take levadopa at night.
Prescription sleeping meds are obviously narcotics and thus addictive, so you have to be careful not to exceed the dosage, but PD will eventually cause insomnia and there's probably no way around sleeping aids.
