I cant answer as a professional - but I take xanax, partly to help get sleep at night when the PN starts my legs shaking/buzzing and its impossible to sleep - seems to help relax the muscles, as least for a couple of hours... (also take for my gut)... of course its up to your doc if its prescribed or not! Cause its a pretty addictive med.....
