Hi, I just found out that I have Scoliosis about a month ago. My Orthopeadist said that my curvature was 52 degrees and that surgery would be best to correct it. He told me about Spinal Fusion Surgery. During the surgery, the docters are to put 2 large metal rods and hooks on my spine to straighten it out. I should be in the hospital for about 4-5 days after my surgery. I should have about a 16'' incision down my back. The surgery will be sometime in January.
