It's that time of year again the holidays. I am trying so hard to stay upbeat, but I feel that creeping feeling of the blues coming on slowly, sort of on and off right now.

It happens every year. Maybe if I decorate I will feel better or maybe worse.

I can't stand rat race of the stores and traffic. My anxiety is going up and down, strange.

Maybe if I was with more people on the holidays it would be different.

Maybe this, Maybe that. I'll get through Thanksgiving, but it's Xmas that is the killer for me and New Years Eve.

I really don't know why this happens to me, it must be something.
