The venison was great. It was the loin that I cut up for steaks. DELIOUS My children are great cooks. My daughter makes receipes for venison that you would never know what kind of meat it is. She has fooled quit a few bunch of people into eating it. The main thing I am sure you know is the processing of the meat and making sure it is cleaned proberly. I have tasted some venison and if I never tasted the good cooking of it I would not want to try it again. I have made venison strogganoff and chow mein from it. When possible I would prefer to have venison than beef. Tonight it is spagetti and venison meatballs. Those razor clams do sound good and they look delious.
