Since you actually had an office visit with him did he strike you as a doctor very familiar with thoracic outlet or not. I ask you this because I have an appointment with him and have been so disappointed with previous doctors who after the visit you realize they have just a passing familiarty with the condition, so am curious to know your opinion.
