Invaluable for those with hand mobility limitations, this revolutionary knife fork combination allows even the toughest foods to be cut safely using only one hand.
i'm putting these on the christmas list. 5 years ago i had a storm window come crashing down on my wrists. at odd times i will lose the abilty to grip and drop things. especially if i am having to grip hard, like cutting.

Got mine the other day and tried one out last night on chicken boobs. Worked great! Thanks for the tip, Yappy! The broader handle makes putting pressure into the cut much easier. The only thing that took a little getting used to is that it doesn't stab into things quite as deeply, so I had to pay a little attention to what I was doing.
Overall, I'll give it a 5 out of 5, it does what it's supposed to do, is 18/10 stainless, has a good heft for the hand, and is comfortable to use.
