Default Everyone is right? But, it

is up to YOU to sort out what is causing it all. I find that when starting any medication or supplement, I wait at least 10 days....better 2 weeks before adding another of ANYTHING!...Side effects can be so quirky, Sometimes, for example...calcium supplements should not be taken with anti-anxiety products ...a 2-3 hour wait time is recommended in any specific medications' 'prescribing information'. My own meds and supplement schedule is a 'timing' nightmare! If I don't take X by Y o'clock, I'm a goner or I have to miss something essential. You have to set your priorities. I do know that IF I miss my own anti-seizure meds in any way- it takes me two days to catch up...so to speak.
As for your sources of anger? Is it because you hurt? or because you aren't 'better' yet?. OR other issues?
As I always say to my docs when they ask about my 'mental state' ...during office visits? Well, I reply: WHO wouldn't be a 'bit' anxious, nervous, apprehensive, distressed etc...when walking is difficult, sleeping erratic, med side effects often devasting with long term effects, not knowing what is coming down the pike, and then...I am supposed to have a life and be happy? I simply do the best I can with what I have been dealt. I hope that 'YOU doctor' will deal with me better than my medical issues have! Tell me/help me to cope with it all better. Put it in the doctors' laps.
I have NOT yet had the priveldge of Xanax yet....Honestly? I hope I never have to...But, as folks here do know? I have had a couple of fits? At times it just boils up in you and 'things' have to come out. Sometimes not as well or as specific or articulately as one wants. Please feel free to try to express what all is going on? Just don't expect miracles...only some understanding from others who have gone thru the medical food-processor and come out sorta sane, in some fashion.
BTW My insanity med was Neurontin? It works for so many I won't bad-mouth it, but, IT was one nightmare for me! In ever so many ways.
Hang in there - get smart and go kick some doc's into action! - Good thoughts! - j

How are you doing in your glucose management? Melody might help lots here maybe.....That is the way to go to keep things from getting worse I'm thinking......
