Hadn't we established that you had taken B12 supplements before the test? If you had built stores up very strong, and then stopped taking B12 altogether for days or weeks, you could still test very high. It would likely indicate that you store very well, and that is a good thing. A person who stores very well would still test quite high after months of taking in no B12.
What would lead you to believe that you're not using it properly? Maybe I've missed something you have said.
