Default I do think liquids are absorbed better.

However, vitamins in liquid form may not be as stable on the shelf as
dry versions. So don't leave them lying around for a long time. Make sure they have an expiration date on them.

I am having very good results with Liquigel version of Aleve. I stopped using the tablets a while ago, since they did not work on my leg pain. One liquigel of the new Aleve however works very quickly for me and is lasting all day long.
It is almost as if it were a totally new drug!
I also have good results from the Ionic Fizz (magnesium) supplement, which dissolves into a liquid.

One down side to liquid vitamins is that very large doses are not available that way. Typically only one dose is made to cover everyone.
And they tend to be more expensive/dose.

If they work for you, that's great. But still be careful in selecting things made by reputable companies etc.
