A very apt choice of words - "nincompoop" is a corruption of "non compos mentis" - I don't know the exact translation from the latin, but the dictionary says "Not mentally competent to manage one's own affairs." Definitely the way I feel sometimes.

Instead of "multi-tasking", how about, "multi-taxing"?
