I go through periods of being very able to do things, and then, bang, I am almost helpless. For example, last eek, I went 3 days without any sinemet, I took my other drugs , Mirapex, & trihexyphenidyl. So I was certainly off. However, I took the dog a walk together with my wife, I could dress, shower, wash the car, However, for no reason I could see, I switched into my helpless phase. This morning I had a heck of a job to even get out of bed.
The only clue I have is a good phase seems to follow a sustained period on full medication, as though I can store dopamine or levodopa.
Anyone else have these phases?
