Mmmmm, Middle Eastern food, now you've made me hungry for hummus!




I can't have raw veggies to dip into it anymore, so I've gotten creative and put hummus on rice crackers with feta cheese.
Veggie shish kabobs might be good, with different colors of bell pepper, red onion, tomato, etc. Also, veggie burritos with rice, black beans, salsa and cheese if they eat cheese. And if I had people visiting who were vegetarian, I'd take them to an Indian restaurant as there would be lots of menu choices for them.
Well, now I've done it. I'm craving lamb curry at 10pm!
