is there another small gym you could join? buying home equipment to workout with doesn't work for most people. sheesh...and the cost of electricity to run a treadmill!

i'm in a funk. things changed were i live so i don't have the clients anymore. so less exercise for me. more money troubles. oh well. not going to drown my sorrows in a milkshake.

drinking my tea. gotta get than water ya know. as long as i didn't drink too much. time to take the kids to school.
