Yes, I have a workers comp attorney. I had trouble finding one that would take the case this early on....I had several tell me there just isn't enough money involved yet for them to get involved. I guess time will tell if the one I hired is good...if not I can always fire him and get a new one. I've already read all the TN workers comp stuff over and over and the state is already involved with getting the TTD started. I just talked to the guy at the Dept. of Labor and all he would tell me was that his decision would be going out within the next few days. Thanks for the advise though, I really appreciate it, as well as everyone else's!
