My son took 6mg or 2 tabs of Mellatonin for many months after his injury and this helped him alot. You can just buy it in any drugstore. It is a natural sleep aid. He just this past month stopped taking it after weaning down to 1 tab for a few months and is now sleeping withiot help. Good luck! The rest is very important.
