After being so hopeful nothing that I have noticed has changed - however I had been to that concert on the Thursday night which wouldn't have done me any favours. I have instructions to do the same thing again this week - so being forever hopeful I shall have another go then. If there is a miracle I promise that you will hear me yelling from over here!!!! Maybe if I fill myself with this, the omega 3 and the flax seed oil.................................
