Default Whinnnnnnnnnning

Beth,
I can't do a lot of anything without my back starting to hurt. But what really helps is support. I bought one of those elastic bands (thats suppose to make you look thinner or make you sweat away the pounds) and wear that when I am overly active. It seems to give my 'lower' back just enough support to help me out.

Sally,
I take wellbutrin (which I love) with just a smidge of paxil for the anxiety (15mg before bed). I get 30mg tabs and have to cut them in half. This combo seems to work very well for me. I think sometimes a combo is the way to go. I was on Paxil alone for many years but did even better when my doc added Welbutrin. If you feel you felt better taking Paxil, then by all means tell your doc. After a few months on any drug...you know if its working for you or not.
