Hi, I wanted to tell you I got some support garments? anyway....they have a cross over in the back, in the bra strap area that really supports the back and all the way down also. When I got to my office this morning they were here, so I put one on and it really did help support my back while throwing the mail and also just working in the office. It is now pain free, but quite a bit better.
