update and new pic...
Well, the kitty has a name now....Tima (pronounced Teema).
She has been to the vet, doesn't have feline leukemia, and is settling in.
I suspect she will not be easy to give up now.
The cats are getting along pretty well, considering they are all females.
Here is a new picture:
I think she is very attractive and the vet thinks she is a tortoise-shell and not a pure tabby. My son says she eats constantly. She was starving, obviously.
