I can certainly vouch for this!

I'm now undiagnosed but used to have PPMS - earlier this year I had two skin abscesses which were infected and concurrently developed a very pronounced tremor in my left leg which meant I was unable to stand. The tremor went on for two weeks, until the antibiotics I was taking killed the abscesses - it then thankfully abated.
