Default Left ankle

I know alot of us have discussed nocturnal cramps, and I already take both calcium/magnesium.

I sometimes get leg cramps, or stiffness in calf. But something else that is happening, is sometimes I will stretch my foot either on purpose or accidently, and the foot will twist or contort itself from the ankle downwards, mostly inwards towards the other foot.

I hope I have described it properly. Just imagine flexing your toes by either changing positions or just to stretch, and your ankle getting stiff, and your foot twisting on it's own inwards.

It will cramp up like that and I half to walk it off or shake my foot in order for it to stop. It doesn't happen all day long, but often enough to wonder why it does it.

Does this happen to anyone else? Does anyone know why it occurs?

Thank you
