Wow, that's a very low dose you are being given, Ali! I take 20 mg. Baclofen four times a day, and I still think it should be higher. It helps (I know this because of how I feel when I don't take it), but not enough.
Ali, ask for more. If it IS helping just a little bit, then it sounds like you just need a higher dose. Then you'll find that it does do a lot of good, and stops the spasms for the most part.
Dr.s just don't prescribe as much as they should. I guess it's fear of reprisals from "the powers that be".
