-mustard
-mayo
-salt
-pepper
-a little paprika on top
I suppose one could add sweet relish or a small amount of finely chopped onions. Or cream cheese instead of mustard I think that some people even add stuff like cooked smooshed carrots. Or top with bacon or hot peppers.
