How nice to see you mention Mrs Nock's book.

I know Sarah very well, she is a very warm, caring woman and it always gives me great pleasure to visit her. The kettle's always on and a nice cup of tea and cake, or a scotch and ginger set the scene for a pleasant few hours chat with her. I always hope she is feeling 'in good form' as I don't like to tire her.

I mentioned that I had found this thread discussing her book and a link to her website. She was very excited by this and immediately asked if I would perhaps contact you and enquire if you would like a copy?
