I get rhythmic buzzes, like crickets at night. I guess that's not exactly squeaks but it does sound like a bug in my head which is pretty darn annoying!! I think it's all part of the joy of BD.
I thought my pdoc was ever so rude when she referred to my in-head bug buzz noises as delusions. Auditory hallucinations are called delusions. Really, how rude.
