All 3 of my childen have SAD as well as Mom,there Dad lived and loved Mi.
And loved the 6 yrs. he lived in Alaska..So since the children picked the
areas they moved to we all use the Lights,as well as that blanky J. uses.
Anything that makes us feel better and doesn't hurt anyone else do it,
or illegal..But that's a different post. Sue
