Okay, let's try this one more time.

Exactly where am I right clicking?? I went to my e-mail, and I went to the subject line where it has the attachment (to the left of the subject word). I right clicked on that, but no where does it give me the option PROPERTIES.

It just prompts me to Open, and if I click on Open, up comes all these selections and it highlights wordpad.

I just went to Outlook Express and right clicked on the paper clip and saw the word properties.
