To Lori Sounds like your making some progress and that's cool. There are a few others here that are posting and making progress. All I can say to this is right on.

I'm also making progress. Starting to feel like my old self, but different. I don't understand it but I know in my sprite that my mental clarity is starting to return. Still running at 25-30% but the healing process is starting

I still have a great deal of work to do but I feel like I've turned the corner.
