I am so sorry that you have suffered so much. The one positive note is that it sounds like you have an excellent doctor who is really investigating everything with all the tests that are available. It must be hard to wait and anticipate this testing that you have pending, but I think that you will have much more peace of mind about this once you get the results and, hopefully, a diagnosis.
