Hi Rhiannon,
I agree with Ellie that's the best thing to do is to get a mouth guard. I've never had sz. while sleeping but my epileptologist has told me that the human brain is the most active when we are asleep. You might want to try taking vitamin B12 1000 mcg. a day to see if it will help reduce your sz. I know it has helped me a lot. Here's wishing you well and May God Bless You!
