What does the pain feel like? Sharp? Stabbing? Burning? Pressure? Pinching? Ache? Cramping? Pulling or Pushing?

This will tell a lot if you can describe the symptoms. There is actually a nerve in the neck that wraps around to the chest wall and if the nerve is impeded or inflamed, pain can result in the chest wall.
